The sloping plot in the inner part of Budaörs was empty. The owner contacted us with the intention of building a family house with a total area of ~ 290 m2. Its style is “minimal”, which is reflected in the spatial relationships, material use and interiors of the planned building, as well as in its clean design. In its use, the cool elegance of natural stone, light-colored plaster, metal and glass is reflected. An exception to this is the SPA on the basement level, which creates an intimate atmosphere with its mosaic tiles and dim, warm lights.
